Sunday Morning
I went for a brisk walk with Yong, this morning. The ordinary brisk walk turned a little bit delightful when we found out that there were an aerobic session going on there.
On our way back from our walk, we saw the aerobic group and it looked like an "open" thing. So, we made our way there, and joined them. I was so uncoordinated and the steps were pretty fast. I asked a lady there about the aerobic and she told me that, it is there every saturday and sunday. When I asked about signing up or fees, she said, no, you don't have to register anything and for the fees, you just contribute how much you wish. Good eh? Hats off to these people for doing this awesome community service. There are young and old, male and females doing the aerobic routine.
Definitely, this is going to be on my Sunday morning agenda, from now on, insyaAllah. Care to join me? It is held that the Alam Damai park. Let me know if you guys interested ok?
Btw, look at my 4 month old niece, who got the eye infection too, like the rest of the Khan clan. Poor sweetie huh?
