My So-Called Lazy Weekend
This is a delayed post. Haven't got the chance to use the pc much during the long wekeend - my brother is reformatting the pc and conquered the pc (its his anyway).
Eventhough I said I didn't feel like doing anything on Saturday, I ended up watching 2 movies back to back with my old friend, May. May was one of my best buddies in school, and I owe my thanks to facebook for letting us get back together. We went for Twilight (4th for me, 1st for May hehe) and Transporter 3. I still can't get enough of that movie. What's wrong with me? But I need to stop now, lots of other movies coming out soon. I was pretty excited to introduce Twilight to May when suddenly Igor came on. We checked our tickets and it was the right theatre. hahah. We went out and asked the attendants, and there were some technical glitches and they said they will sort it out. We sat again and then Twilight came on. May seemed to enjoy herself while watching and have asked me to borrow the books. hehehe. Another Twilighter has been "bitten". hehe. Anyway, straight after Twilight, we rushed to see Transporter 3, as May also wanted to see her "stud" as she called Jason Statham. lol. We didn't really care about the movie, all we want to see is the stud. lol. May, I had fun, my movie buddy!
Sunday felt a bit weird without our family & friends badminton session. Dik (my bro) said that this is a holiday month so, people are going to be a bit busy so we decided to have a break from badminton this month. Havent felt free for Sunday morning for awhile now, so mama took her chance and dragged me for marketing for at the morning market. After that, I decided to give some TLC to my car, I need the bonding time. lol. Me and my car has this love/hate relationship. Don't ask - long story. hehe. so I washed my car on my own (usually i went to the car wash). Had fun washing the car with Imran my darling 9 year old nephew. Just another excuse to play with water. hehe.
Then later in the afternoon, I accompanied my sis in law, Yong for a bit of shopping at Sogo. Its been awhile since the last time I went for shopping with Yong. Later, I went for swimming at my brother's condo with my brothers, sis in laws and the kids. Ended the day with a trip to Starbucks and hang out with my brothers Upiq & Dik and my sister in law Yong. Am crazy about the new Toffee Nut Latte!!! I want more!
