Bake With Jan

Heheh this will be a different post. lol. I am talking about baking! I have been searching for a good chocolate chips muffins recipe for awhile now. I have tried several recipes, but all are not satisfactory in texture and taste. FYI, i loveee choc chips muffins, they are my faves. When I had those overly priced muffins, I thought to myself, hey I can bake these. Those yummy muffins are just great, not too sweet, soft but not too soft, well its just yummy.

So anyway today, after dinner time, I felt like having some of them, muffins. hehehe. I have printed a recipe since last week, but haven't got the chance to make them yet. So, I looked at the ingredients and found them available in my mom's kitchen and started making them.

Imran and Adam (my 9 and 7 years old nephews) came to help, and in no time, the muffins are readyyyyyyyyyy and it turned out good, not the best but close to my liking. The texture would be nice if it's fluffier but in taste, its yummy. Maybe I'll finds ways to make it softer.
