Colour Me Green
I never really like green. Green is just not my colour. Or at least I used to think that.
As I grow up, as I've opened up my mind and eyes to a lot of things, I began to try having a few green pieces here and there, depends on the hues.
I remember one of the most bold green dress I own is this 2005 baju kurung (which I ABSOLUTELY in love with the colour) I made especially for Yong & Abg Fiq's wedding but this pic was taken during my friend's Wynn 2007 wedding.
After that, I don't think I have another green dress/top etc that I liked, until I bought this top, when I bought it, I was not too sure about it but somehow the reason why I bought it was because it popped out. But still it is not "solid" green, it is just green flower/leaves on white background.

Then about a couple of months ago I bought this green tshirt.. simply because it was very cheap and the only attractive colour there. But it has become one of my fave tshirts.. i am not sure if the colour play a role, but i like the cutting and the material ;P
With my nephew Faiq, taken about a couple of weeks ago, at Royal Military College sports day or something like that.
Then I bought this one below, because I like the details on the neckline.. not the colour really. The colour is woody like something out of a forest. haha. I always feel like Robin Hood everytime I wear this because of the colour. hehehe. not one of my fave tops but I like it.
But now let me tell ya, recently, I bought this one green top purposely, because I fell in love with the colour. It has another colour purple/deep pink hue (which I would buy too but I thought about it and think I have too much pinks and purples in my closet and would like something different)..and the fact that i was so excited that I fit in it! hehehe. So, attractive colour, cutting, soft comfy material and fit! What more can i ask for? the price is a kinda expensive than any other tops I am used to buy, but hey I fit in one of DP's tops! What an achievement! So I guess it is a gift for myself. So I think officially, I am about 3-4 sizes smaller than I used to a couple of years ago.

(*note* not the best of italiannies dishes here maybe because they were too busy catering for the crowd in the laundry next door. Try the food at Gardens or Sunway Pyramid branch. I had better experience there)

Do I look ok in green? Do you think I should have more green in my wardrobe?
I am beginning to open up to those wonderful colours available out there and would like to try all those colours. I used to hate green (now liking it), yellow (loving it too) and purple (has become one of my fave colour now). Has green become one of my fave colours? Hmm i am not sure, but it is a colour I will look out for now, depends on the hue. hehehe. I think I would like to try orange now. I like the colour orange but never have anything orange in my wardrobe except this one brick like colour hoodie. Orange, here I come! hahah.
